Every practitioner or business listed here agrees to uphold the same principle:

2. Safety and Responsibility
- All members and practitioners are expected to operate within their scope of practice and to clearly communicate what their work does — and does not — provide.
- Nothing on this site replaces licensed medical, psychological, or legal care.
- Users are encouraged to trust their intuition, verify credentials, and make their own informed decisions before engaging any service.
- Healing Holistic Hub and Resonance Agency are not liable for the outcomes of any services or advice exchanged between members.
3. Consent and Transparency

4. Financial Integrity
- A small 3% stewardship fee supports the maintenance and development of the Hub. This is automatically included in transactions processed through the platform.
- Each practitioner sets their own prices and payment policies.
- Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Refunds and cancellations follow the provider’s individual policy, as listed on their page.
5. Refund and Returns Policy
We understand that healing is personal and sometimes timing changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule:
- Please contact your practitioner at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Refund eligibility varies per provider; we ask that all interactions stay respectful and human-centered.

6. Platform Use and Behavior
- You agree not to use this site for spam, solicitation, or unapproved off-platform payments.
- You agree to keep communication kind, honest, and professional.

We reserve the right to edit or decline listings that do not align with our ethics, energy, or intended purpose.
